Solvita Blood Center March Blood Drives: Anyone who registers to give blood in the month of March will receive a green and purple Solvita umbrella and be entered to win 2 tickets to the The Lion King at the Schuster Center. Go to donortime.com to sign up for a blood drive in your area.

Indiana/Ohio Chronic Pain Support Group Meeting: Friday April 26 at Community Fellowship Church, 1051 N Jackson Pike, Union City Indiana from 6:00-7:00pm.

Chicken Dinners to Benefit Darke County United Way: Wednesday May 8 to be picked up at Romer’s located at 118 East Main Street in Greenville from 4:00-6:00pm. Purchase tickets at the Darke County United Way office Monday through Friday from 9:00am-12:00noon or 1:00-4:00pm. Tickets must be purchased by Friday April 26.

Celebrate Recovery Support Group: Every Friday night at Trinity Wesleyan Church, 1400 East Main Street in Greenville with large group session at 6:30pm, small group session at 7:30pm. Open to anyone suffering with addiction of any kind, depression, anxiety or anything you may need healing from.

Annual Darke County Wine Festival: Saturday April 27 in the Coliseum at the Darke County Fairgrounds. Two sessions will be available- Afternoon Session Noon -3:00pm and Evening Session 4:00-7:00pm. Visit “The 2024 Darke County Wine Festival” Facebook page to purchase tickets. Festival is operated by the Darke County Humane Society.

Greenville VFW Darke County Singles Dance: Saturday April 27 with doors opening at 6:00pm- dance is 8:00-11:00pm. Must be 21 years old- Cover charge is $9. Band will be Soul Express.

Common Bond in Concert: Sunday April 28 at Triumphant Christian Center, 1129 South Towne Court in Greenville at 6:00pm. Everyone is welcome.

Greenville Public Library Events: Wednesday May 1- Adult Color & Chat at 11:00am. Thursday May 2- Young Adult After School Hangout 4:00-5:00pm.

Oakland Church of the Brethren Clothing Bank: Open Friday May 3 and Saturday May 4 from 9:00am-2:00pm. Huge variety of clothing options and all items are free. Oakland Church is located at 8058 Horatio- Harris Creek Rd, 2 ½ miles north of Gettysburg.

City of Greenville Large Limb/Brush Clean Up: Now through September 24. All piles must be clear of trash and lumber. Limbs can be no larger than 3 inches in diameter or 12 feet in length. Call 937-548-2215 to schedule pick up.

Main Street Greenville Mural Committee Looking for Designs: Two-dimensional art work from Ohio based artists can be submitted at mainstreetgreenville.org. If your artwork is selected, it will be digitized, printed on vinyl and installed on a wall downtown Greenville.
